How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page includes detailed frame measurements (lens width, bridge width, temple length). You can compare these to your current glasses or refer to our size guide. Our customer service team is also happy to help you find the perfect fit.
What materials are your frames made from?
We use premium materials including acetate, titanium, stainless steel, and TR90. Each product description specifies the materials used. All our frames are designed for durability, comfort, and style.
Are your sunglasses UV protected?
Yes, all our sunglasses provide 100% UV400 protection, blocking harmful UVA and UVB rays. Your eye health and safety are our top priorities.
How should I care for my eyewear?

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, undamaged products in original packaging. Prescription and customized items are non-returnable unless defective. Please contact us to initiate a return.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our eyewear comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
